Calling a person a Nigger never hurt anybody. But a NIGGER beating a ~100lb women has. I once had a friend that I used to call a Jew because he was, and he never took offense of it. To this day, some black folks call other black folks niggers. No harm there. But, if a white dude were to use the same term with 15 seconds of hearing to the same crowd, anybody that objects to its usage is a NIGGER. The ones that don't take offense are cool, until they see that the NIGGERS are now seeing them in a different light, so they have to convert and go FULL NIGGER as well. As a kid, my brothers and I called each others niggers when we were pissed off at one another, and we weren't racist, albeit there wasn't a single black student in our entire high school at the time.

When I lived in Nashville, I had a black friend named JB that lived next door to another friend of mine name (you're not going to believe this) Rodney King (of which is bi, just like his ex-wife, with all three of them... you get the picture).

Anyway, one night JB was shooting darts at a nearby club that I used to emcee at, and he won a little chuck of change from the white dudes, since they were gambling on the outcome. Afterward, JB went home. Later that evening, the white dudes thought it was a bright idea to burn a cross in JB's yard. Turned out to be a bad idea, for it made both local papers several times up to the trial.

Rodney King used to refer to me as his favor shmuck, a vulgar Jewish term, albeit I not a Jew. RK know goes by the name Rodney Wayne King, and has a band in Nashville. You should have no problem hunting him down via the net.
