Smart move, no help here no help on your website, when receiving on social media you should have escalated. It shows enough for others to see how you guys deal with issues, this is Zero to None, bravo
I am an employee of the marketing department. I have nothing to do with those support. as far as I know, technical support works on the site and works very quickly.
