Your best bet is to report on authorities. To recover your funds someone would need to make a tx from the scammer address and send it to your wallet. Which means they have to get the private key/seed, or force the scammer on gun point. I don't think any random guy on the internet can do that, even finding the location of the scammer is a task on its own. As others said, if somebody said they can do this, there's a high chance they're scammers themselves.

Already did posted there. you could see the site i got scammed. Before i did buy from the site i searched there and there is none so i thought it was ok and i just take the risk. <-- Idiot me :[
