I agree. Learn to let go of the losses you have obtained on playing gambling specially if the amount is still manageable or accountable to be forgotten. It is just like you must only play based on the resources you have so that you will know your maximal point or your limitations that you must not exceed so that you can still control the way you play gambling.
Also, having discipline and being able to control the times you play gambling can also help you to manage yourself on your journey in gambling. Always see into it that you do still know what you are doing to avoid creating impulsive decisions that might just bring you into another problem related to the main problem.
A little additional advice from me, also dont force yourself to continue gambling when you dont have money. Do not borrow and also do not steal just to meet the needs of gambling. Gambling should not cause a lot of problems, because basically people come here because they want to have fun and avoid problems. No need to be addicted and also do not think gambling to become rich. That is one thing that must be avoided.
