According to rules, Jr.Menbers doesn't qualify. You need to be at least a Member.
It's not mentioned in op rules, but i don't think Hhampuz will accept applicants with red trust score. It's not also mentioned in op, that manager can edit or change or add rules about eligibility to participate, but i can ensure you that this is a strict campaign and not that easy for cheaters.
