Where did you get this notification message? I checked the deposit and withdrawal menu but seems that it works fine, I do not find the message as what you got anywhere in the site unless I missed it. Was there something like short maintenance so they disabled deposit and withdrawal when you visited the site around 2 hours ago? I suggest you to check it again now, hopefully everything works fine so you can request withdrawal.
