Possible but not really.Do you know how much a team have to invest on a project to develop it and list into an exchange?
That's why the reward is so great. And why it's so small for airdrop etc
It does not make sense to make your own crypto.
Thinking one sided about the project with the aim of earning because you have developed it is useless.
This is why many got it wrong in crypto because of that idea. And that made them started their own crypto.
