I requested a withdrawal 35 hours and it's still pending.
70 hours so far and still pending. No reply to my tickets. No reply from Zodiac.
Not to question your legitimate rights, far from it, but how can two messages less than 24 hours apart add 35 hours to the total? Asking because while 2 days are still in the high range of "quite normal" (contrary to the 18 specified on the website) and also consistent with my own experience, 70 hours seem unheard of, for what I can remember.
Not 24 but 35, 12:37:22 and 23:38:37 the day after.
In any case, the withdrawals have been finally processed. I didn't receive any reply from support but the transactions went through.
