So op is not the only one who scammed by that exchange for this KYC case. There is any official account of btcnext here? I have found a name like BTCNext . But I can not discover any post about btcnext.io that are promoted by the account. If there is no official account then we have not anything to do really instead of self-awareness about the exchange.
