What happen if my connection is lost or my browser crashes during mid of transfer? Where should I contact in case I need help for my transaction
This is not a problem at all. If you have downloaded the Letter of Guarantee, you will find your order number in it. And you can always return to your transaction with your order number under "Order Status".
If you do not have an order number or letter of guarantee, you can send us your Transaction ID/Input address in case of emergency.
