Miner fee reduced to 2%.

For miner to be more stable do the following:

1. Stop your daemon
2. Clean your peers.dat and banlist.dat
3. Add oblivion seed nodes to your oblivion.conf file

addnode=35.226.209.23:6388
addnode=35.223.95.142:6388
addnode=35.224.88.175:6388

4. Restart daemon
