The moment you have a problem with an exchange you will instantly get messages from people claiming to be team of the exchange, you can get the following messages
1. How can we help you?
2. What problem are you facing on our exchange?
They will pretend to be the exchange help service and they will ask you to make deposit to get your issue resolved, honestly if you aren't familiar with scammers you can easily fall victim
Group channel of exchanges like binance, kucoin, Okex, huobi are full of scammers waiting for people that needs the team help to resolve an issue, be wise
telegram is a place where scammers are free to do what they want because the message is easily deleted.
This example is just one of a million strategy they use,so if you wanted to keep safe then better keep distance in using telegram.
i am not saying that all in telegram are scam,and also this is not happening in other social media site but at least this is the most popular cases we have here.
