Sa mga medyo may alam dyan politically, tanong ko lang,
may makukuha bang National budget yung mga LGU's na under MECQ or ECQ? Hehehe.
knowing that the ECQ implemented on Cebu will only(and hoping) last for two weeks(June 16 - 30) and assuming that the LGU still has emergency funds left it is highly unlikely that they would get additional funds from the government. but if they are out of funds? they might. since they would probably have to provide food for the affected citizen when the ECQ is implemented.
