I'm wondering how would the inactive accounts which have not been active since a year would even be able to see this thread?
They would probably have left the forum a long time ago so why would they again open the services section to check if anyone pays them for their inactive accounts?

Mostly, alt accounts would be involved! (Which is not permitted)
