I see it as a pile of trash and no goal, they only waste time because no one is interested in these projects. They want to make a lot of money or to cheat, it's best to build a temporary whitepaper and a quality website.
as dev mentioned in this thread above, this token was created only for experiments. He distributed all the token for free and He made 5% burn rate, that's bigger than other deflationary project, it means faster to decrease the supply. It seems he just wants to observe economic data like the price effects based the law of supply and demand.
