Your cryptocurrency assets in your Civic Wallet can be controlled by a will or trust. A court order or legal document must be presented and since Civic Wallet is a multi-sig wallet, your assets will still be accessible even when access to your private keys are lost. Users can contact support@civic.com for more details.


My personal comment: If there is no legal document, if your successor can prove that you had Civic wallet, all cryptocurrencies in it will be spread to successor(s) by law.
