I add him in telegram with wanting buying wallet.dat with balance with passphrase.He said me I have all wallet.dats from 8.5 btc to 10000 btc.Some of them unlocked,i.e he have passphrase for them,some locked,he dont have passphrase.

This transaction of 22000 doges sent to him from exchanger (bestchange) my money to his dogecoin address
What a scammer!
Also he have bitcoin private key cracker,which he told,easily to find private key of any bitcoin address,within very small time
This is pure lie
Also he have many satoshidisk links to his wallet.dat and passphrase,and other software which I think dont worked,such as bitcoin private key cracker,which work is impossible
