Aside from these, there's also crypto.com that offers loan. Yes, they wouldn't just give out loans without any collateral so be mindful of that OP. And another thing, I guess you're already aware of it that the collateral given is usually higher the value than the loanable amount.

Because some of them do not offer KYC and both of you are not located on the same region, you have to give a collateral, same here in the lending section of this forum, but I read a lot of trusted members of this forum getting a loan without collateral and the interest is not that high compare when you are getting it to these platforms.
It's normal in a lending business and these are exchanges and they are established, unlike p2p lending.
The lender can give you the benefit of the doubt and if he's trusting you, no collateral needed but this happens if you're a very trusted person or someone the lender has been trusting or been doing business.
