I normally suggest ltc, it's not perfect but it has segwit and a 1mb block every 2.5 minutes.
Eth txs are definitely cheaper than btc though srull from when I last used them...
I nevered tried using Litecoin yet but i will try, I just only use Bitcoin and ETH on transaction fee, and i agree bitcoin had high fee than Ethreum but on the transaction speed sometimes it all depends on the network congestion. Sometime when i transfer it takes more time but i just wait it will arrive soon.
