Thank you for providing us a glimpse of what to avoid and what to do in order to avoid such pitfalls, even before they could possibly happen. I'm actually not aware or maybe I failed to notice that I may be susceptible to any of those circumstances you've mentioned. Granted that I may not be successful yet right now, but maybe I might become luck somehow in the future.
