Someone could claimed and registered as a valid participant until it gets closed and then few days later they change the signature ... and then comeback later whenever there's a good news like op did really won the lottery and changed back the signature?

If this campaign is really serious by the OP. It can also monitor each profile of users who join it. He will disqualify the visible members who have deleted or changed the signature text before the draw is completed.

OP should also create a sheet to properly view the list of participants and to be fair to all.
