What I see is that they have connected, found their dev talk about link https://xenios.group/ in telegram group. I visit xenioscoin telegram group, the link is listed in the info on the CMC. Looks like they prepare a new such thing.
Okay, so they really are connected to XNC (which begs the questions why OP can't answer that properly 
)Now, there's another red flag raised by Rikafip, [HERE].
This time, it isn't about XNG (this project), but the previous XNC (Xenios Coin). Fake team info and all that.
OP or anybody from the team should really clear things up with that issue. So far no answers have been posted yet.
