Are these binding rules or are they just tips? Why do members keep complicating things, it's just a forum for learning and discussing opinions.
Signatures campaigns have made the forum a suitable place to get some profits, but this does not mean that we focus on them.
Do not think about it a lot, ask and try to learn and rise quickly, but the old members are not obligated to do so.
