I didn't have time to check one by one.. Although harmless, it can be good to, at least, tag the inactive account
It will take a lot of time to check them all, I'll check some of them when possible and report back here.

Hayns.. clearly a lost password case.. should anyone tag the inactive account to avoid further problems?
has been hacked and its owner locked it:
Same .. i just managed to locked my account ... but i cant changed my password the hacker access my account deleted some of my important info's ..
I don't know if a negative trust should be appropriate or not in some cases, that's why I need some DT members to review it..
Since those accounts have been inactive for a long time, then a neutral feedback is more appropraite (imo)
