I agree with you. Don't trust anyone in this market and take some time to evaluate what is happening because if you analyse well, you will find a lot of good projects. I used to make a lot of mistakes in the past when I trusted others, but now it is different because every project I participate in, I evaluate and analyze a lot before deciding whether to invest or not.
