Of course you can open them and check the rarity colours! This is entirely up to you (open or keep them sealed) However, you need to purchase them first, since cs2 package has a security seal sticker that is needed to be removed beforehand.
(unless we find the seal stickers source, and seal them again, after checking) 
or just use a pair of sunglasses that allows you to see through women clothing.
