The developer and operators of Probitex have a huge belief in TheGeomadao project for them to list the token even if they know that the IEO or the project was paused because they know that bounty hunters got their token and they want to offer their platform to dump their share there, there's also a possibility that they want to buy tokens of bounty hunters for less than the amount.
But this is not a good way for a project without notice to the community. I am sure Geomadao is a big project, but if it is listed on probitex it will look like a low project because it is not able to provide good value to investors or hunters.
