You may want to move this on the right place on the Scam Accusations board since you are accusing them for having your assets removed on your account.

That's the right thing if you really want to pursue them legally, good luck with your complaint.

Having strong evidence will help you file a complaint if you really want to pursue them as what post above stated and will give their platform a bad record. If you believe that you have been scammed then it should be moved to scam accusation and provide all your evidences to get your funds back. Unless you are hiding something that will make your evidence useless.

That's all what you can say when you don't investigate and read firsr when gambling on a gambling site even if you know it's fair but once the rule is violated then you don't have a choice or to save your funds from being removed or being frozen. Even reputable sites would also have issues so it's much better if you are careful enough not to violate any rules.
