One more question though: does this classify as Autobanned, Nuked, or a combination of both?
Maybe I should forget about the separate list for Nuked accounts. Is anyone using that list?
The listed accounts are both banned and were last active prior to 2017 which means it's almost guaranteed that the bans are permanant, because it's very unlikely for an inactive user to get a ban (non-perma) for something he did a few years back.
Even if a few slipped through without ban, if they post again I'll remove them from my list.
