Blockchain technology cannot help cure Covid 19. Blockchain is a ledger system that stores data inputed in it. Covid is a virus which needs vaccines for its cure. The only way the virus can be cured is by developing a vaccine for it or a drug for its cure. Blockchain can come in in storing the data of infections across the globe and cure rate. Drugs/vaccine for the cure will not be done on the blockchain to the best of my understanding.
