I am working with the current cli version 0.14.1.2a and the transfer to Tradeogre and Bittrex ar without problems, even more than 40 coins.

To be able to send coins to bittrex, the wallet must be started with the parameter "--long-payment-id-support-bad-for-privacy" and do not forget the payment-id!
