I have not received a reply from support for several days. Has anyone encountered this problem in a casino?
Basically they answer your inquiries and concerns asap, it is kinda weird that wolf.bet support hasn't answered your concern for several days. Try sending them another message to follow up on your concern.
^ I agree that casinos don't really have to do deal with anything like this, they could simply just give people what they have already offered and nothing more, nobody offered you anything at all and you are the one that came in and gambled more anyway.
Did wolf.bet said they would give you something much bigger if you do wager above certain amount? No, did they promised you anything at all? No. So, why do you come in here and ask for it and threaten to leave them if they do not give you something more? You were the one that came in and did all of this and then asked for it after the fact which wouldn't really work if you ask me.
Just go to another place and you will realize that if you gamble anything above the max reward they have, you are not going to get anything, in many places difference between 1 million and 10 million and 100 million is same because there is a max promised reward and nothing above that.
I think RichGang is only suggesting what he thinks will give benefits to both him and wolf.bet by keeping these whales satisfied and keep them playing on wolf.bet. Of course, all the decision is on wolf.bet.
