Activity is not a problem since once you have enough posts and if their quality is low you will get the rank.
Managers delete posts that are spam, but you need to move away from spam until your account is not banned.

The hardest part is getting enough merits which is impossible with low-quality posts and more difficult with medium-quality posts. So try to learn to make the post quality higher.
