Bull run doesn't follow any particular pattern though, but usually we see good pumps around November to December. One reasoning is that people who received their bonuses are believed to be investing some on crypto. However, with the pandemic still around the corner, I don't see any bull run, or at least you are referring to a new all time high, it might takes years, probably around 2022, I reckon.
