you already followed did what recovery team asked you to do and all you can do right now is wait for them to review your case whether they'll unban your account or not. usually presenting and showing your contribution to the forum by compiling it and posting it on this thread might help increase your account getting unbanned. but in most cases banned users chance of getting unbanned is close to none.
