Today I tried to withdraw my funds but it didn't work. They declined my request.I try to contact support but this site has very bad customer service Undecided

Is it declined automatically just after you requested the withdrawal or it is declined after some period of time (minutes/hours)?
AFAIK there is live support chat that always say hello anytime I visit the site.
Is this live support useless? I mean the live support cant help you to fix the issue or at least say something regarding your issue?

I tried to deposit some funds because I wanted to try the BITCOINTALK promotion code. but I don't get a bonus when I deposit, I already ask this to Support but they make me waiting too long and I don't get any information. because I was disappointed with this service I decided to withdraw my funds back but what I got here is my withdrawal request has been declined and they told me that I can't make a withdraw my funds because I'm not make a bet on their site LOL.. That's the first time I found a ridiculous rules on a gambling site so far.

@Cyber.Bet what is your position on his case? I hope you can resolve his situation so players will not be hesitant to deposit on your site.
