Sorry to bump old an thread, but I didn't want to open another one with the similar subject and content. So, what I'm looking for is an offshore or anonymous IBAN provider that can be used to withdraw money from ATMs around the world.

I've already done research but none of the results were looking legit enough to trust them with money. Anyone using such a service?
For smaller amounts I'm already using crypto credit cards such as Crypto.com, Wirex,... what I'm looking for is something that would be out of the radar of EU... Any inputs are greatly appreciated!
