I'm leaving VCC business and so, i want to sell PBCards to someone (only one copy will be provided).

Features :
- Add/remove cards from admin panel
- Automatically send the card to the customer after payment confirmed (3 for btc, 30 for eth, ...)
- Accept payment with eth, dash and btc
- Edit terms
- When someone ask for the paypal 4-digits code, you receive an email and a notification on your Android phone.
- On the admin panel you can see all active orders, customers who are waiting for their codes, ...
- Edit price of cards

I'm a web developer, and i can create new features if you want.
I'm not selling any way to get virtual credit card, i'm selling a platform where you can sell your cards (which have been created for PayPal Verification)

Price depends of additionnal features you may need, starting at 400$
