yes you are right not all bounty managers care about hunters, at the moment there are only a few bounty managers that limit participants to join.
the thoughts of managers and developers when more people join a campaign, the more profitable it is to promote their projects. but for bounty hunters, they must be willing to share their results with others. at least the manager must have a participant limit for each of their campaigns. if you want the bounty hunter to be prosperous and the bounty manager community will still get strong support.
I get your point and I agree with you. It has two sides, so if a lot of people join a bounty the project will get known among the community very fast, on the other if a lot of people join a bounty the rewards per person decrease
