yes you are right not all bounty managers care about hunters, at the moment there are only a few bounty managers that limit participants to join.
the thoughts of managers and developers when more people join a campaign, the more profitable it is to promote their projects. but for bounty hunters, they must be willing to share their results with others. at least the manager must have a participant limit for each of their campaigns. if you want the bounty hunter to be prosperous and the bounty manager community will still get strong support.
But on the other hand the project must also be strong in their tokens on the exchange so that many traders there and bounty hunters only rely on being sold when they are distributed but still if the developer maintains their quantity then I am sure their tokens will be valuable.
