This is a good campaign having group 1owner as one of the bounties.
However why you need to promote the wallet if the wallet still not working what will be the use of the bounties at all? Just for the sales?
The wallet is under development.
The point of the bounty is to generate initial attention towards the project and sale, this is standard practice.
