?There have been multiple statements. One is on this very page (aTriz runs Hashcows along with Nearmiss) and on the previous page.
They've been nothing if not communicative and fair about their issues since the hack months ago and that includes the most recent exchange and manual trade issues.
Try reading a bit first.
