OP is already given instructions how to submit your work base on other participants you can only submit one screenshot if you join, so you need to screenshot your profile with the report link that you posted here then submit it in the website.
Read before you comment, even with hs screenshot the guy can't submit, look at his comment above it is not that difficult to comprehend
it appears he can not submit anymore report from his dashboard, it is not about the screenshot.
