If you really want to be happy in life, start to be grateful, spend more time with family, hang out with friends, meditate for a while at a time of the day, get away from everything, stay away from social media and try to sleep a little more. Believe in yourself first. Then keep in mind you can’t be good to everyone in the world. Not everyone in the world will love you. So learn to say no sometimes. Don't do things you don't want to do with your personality.
