It works again: https://coinb.in/#fees. The recommended fee is 34 sat/byte.

I check on another site: https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/fee-calculator/ and see the fee estimator to confirm within 6 blocks (~ 60 minutes) is 34 satoshis/ byte.
