Many exchanger can buy your bitcoin and trade some on some altcoins. I dont know some in global sites . Maybe you can try on some foreign exchanger like forex
On our country theres an app called coins.ph where you can cash out your bitcoin through some remittance center.
And use them to buy some product or pay bills.
