Binance is the best platform as of now as in my personal experience i have not faced any kind of deposit, withdrawal or exchange issue, speed is great and efficient, volume is almost better than most other exchanges so what else one can ask for, if you are just starting then only buy btc or eth and do not look for alts as that can be very confusing.
