I think ICO started to increase day after day and people started to trust it,The future will goes to ICO, maybe because the low price or the new features which it provides.
In my opinion, people now need faster dominance, they tend to have IEO rather than ICO. You can see for yourself where campaign participants no longer want to waste their time anymore.

Whereas at that time the ICO had already begun to be forgotten and at that moment IEO had started to become an investment choice. So there is no ICO that really grows or is trusted, indeed not all of it. There are still projects that can get funding from ICO. But for now it really can't be expected anymore.
