While I generally agree that you should not need to have a 3rd party site show that you are fair, this really is the same as having 3rd party auditors do your RNG, which is the traditional model for casinos so yeah I agree, PF should be independent on your own as the players.
I admit I haven't tried to see how this works at Betcoin though. Let's see if they come back with an explanation.
