Good day everyone. I just wanna know how can you cope in this pandemic where many are losing jobs and our economy almost around the globe is surging downward.
I wish everyone is safe and thinking of possible ways to stay sane and go on with our lives.
Although it is difficult to remain energetic and positive in these times but there are few things which you can do to avoid yourself getting into depression.
1- Do not watch news related to pandemic. That's will make you more negative in your thoughts
2- Try to spend time with your family and children
3- If you have free time, utilize it and learn/do something which maybe beneficial in future.
4- Do not disturb your sleeping and waking up time as most people routine are disturbed in this pandemic while staying at home.
5- Don't get upset on the situation and remember that difficult times will be over soon.
6- Be positive and be smiley.
